Daksya Academy has been associated with this unique programme DDU-GKY, which focuses on rural youth from poor families, at Hapur and Noida in Uttar Pradesh. The project has played a big role in skilling and placing the rural youth. Residential Training of more than 1000 students have already been completed under this project with a 60 per cent placement status.

Achievements – We have received second installment in both projects. We are maintaining a 60% placement status in this project and are in the process of applying for closure of both projects
PMKVY is one of the most ambitious and flagship project of the MSDE. More than 10,000 candidates have been trained across 8 states under various phases of the scheme.

Daksya Working In – Sonipat (Haryana), Rohtak (Haryana), Faridabad (Haryana), Rewari (Haryana), Mewat (Haryana)
Achievements – The program culminated with fashion shows that were attended and appreciated by cabinet ministers, opinion leaders and was well covered in digital/ print media.
SJKVY was launched to increase the employability of youth to reduce poverty, unemployment and socio-economic inequality. Under this scheme, we’ve trained more than 6500 students in 5 naxal affected districts of Jharkhand in 3 job sectors. All trainings have been done in residential mode and we have already placed more than 3000 students in Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

Achievements – We have placed more than 3000 students in export houses in Coimbatore, hospitals in Hyderabad/Bangalore
This programme launched to raise the status of women from below the poverty and equip them with necessary skills so that they become economically independent. Under this project Daksya Academy has been training more than 1000 women across 2 districts of Bihar (Rohtas & Katihar) in Apparel & Healthcare sector and supporting them with employment.

Current Status: – We are training 1000+ women across 2 districts of Bihar (Rohtas/Katihar) in Apparel/Healthcare sectors and support them with employment.

Achievements – Project in progress. Placements have been planned in Coimbatore for SMO candidates and Bangalore/Pune for Healthcare candidates
This programme launched to raise the status of women from below the poverty and equip them with necessary skills so that they become economically independent. Under this project Daksya Academy has been training more than 1000 women across 2 districts of Bihar (Rohtas & Katihar) in Apparel & Healthcare sector and supporting them with employment.
Current Status: –We have trained and certified 3000+ street food vendors at different part of Delhi.

Achievements – We have trained them on cleanliness, hygienic, digital payment, selling tips, usage of e platforms and customer handling. We have been appreciated by CEO, FSSAI for professional handling of the Food Safety project.

Current Status: – We have trained and certified 1800+ IRCTC waiters and porters.

Achievements – We have trained them in hospitality equipment handling and customer management program. Received a certificate of appreciation from IRCTC top management
Current Status: – We have trained and certified 1400+ girls of Uttar Pradesh across 4 districts.

Achievements – We have trained them in safety, hygienic, cutting, stitching, packing and ecommerce activities.
Current Status: –We have trained 1000+ candidates in Beauty/Agriculture/IT sectors across the states of Gujarat, Telangana & Karnataka.

Achievements – The training has helped the frontline staff of TVS Credit in improving their efficiencies in sales and collections of their core business (Tractor loans)
Current Status: –500+ candidates have got trained in fees-based model in the Electronics/Apparel sector

Achievements – We are associated with NSDC as a funded partner and have support students with entry level jobs after training them on industry relevant courses in Electronics/Hospitality/ Healthcare sector
