Daksya Academy has been dedicated to shaping the future of India. We provide industry specific skills to under privileged youth, that cater to both the evolving needs of the industry and the welfare of the students. Established in 2015, Daksya Academy has trained over 40,000 students showcasing a substantial contribution to skill development.
Daksya Academy has been associated with this unique programme DDU-GKY, which focuses on rural youth from poor families, at Hapur and Noida in Uttar Pradesh. The project has played a big role in skilling and placing the rural youth. Residential Training of more than 1000 students have already been completed under this project with a 60 per cent placement status.
PMKVY is one of the most ambitious and flagship project of the MSDE. Under this programme, Daksya Academy enabled and mobilised a large number of youth to take up industry designed quality skill training and become employable and earn their livelihood. More than 10,000 candidates have been trained across 8 states under various phases of the scheme.
This programme launched to raise the status of women from below the poverty and equip them with necessary skills so that they become economically independent. Under this project Daksya Academy has been training more than 1000 women across 2 districts of Bihar (Rohtas & Katihar) in Apparel & Healthcare sector and supporting them with employment.
SJKVY was launched to increase the employability of youth to reduce poverty, unemployment and socio-economic inequality. Under this scheme, we’ve trained more than 6500 students in 5 naxal affected districts of Jharkhand in 3 job sectors. All trainings have been done in residential mode and we have already placed more than 3000 students in Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

Assessments and interactivities are given at the end of every session such that the practical application of theory learnt can be gauged.
