Announcement: Daksya Academy Starts Training for IRCTC

Daksya Academy collaborates with IRCTC to conduct training for their Stewards in trains like Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Tejas, Gatimaan etc. It is a 5 days course with 40 hours of training including the assessment. The curriculum was created to suit the needs of the Train Stewards and covered topics like Preparation for Service, Taking the Order and Serving it, Tray Preparation, Payments, and Common Service Errors, Keeping the Pantry Car Clean, Waste Management, Health and Hygiene.
We started the training with the best of our trainers from the hospitality industry who are Train the Trainer certified from NSDC.
