Daksya Academy has “Recognition” as one of its core value systems. Good performances at the classrooms are appreciated by giving “Recognition Cards” to the deserving students. This leads to positive reinforcement and high motivation among the students, thereby improving their overall performance.

On the last day of every month, Daksya Academy has a tradition to celebrate the birthday of all the existing students born in that month. The students were blessed for a bright future. There were games, dance, motivational talk, experience sharing and birthday cake to celebrate this special occasion.

The Convocation Ceremony turned out to be an emotional throwback for many as all the stakeholders – Industry, Agencies representing the government, Parents and Trainers came together to celebrate and rejoice the occasion with the students.
