55 students from the center were offered jobs in CMV Mills Coimbatore. Chief Minister of Jharkhand Shri Hemant Soren attended the event and distributed the letters

Convocation Ceremony

Daksya Academy Sewing Machine Operator course have come long way, since the first batch enrolled almost a year back. Many students of the course after passing out, have gone onto work in some of the most prestigious apparel and export houses. The Convocation Ceremony turned out to be an emotional throwback for many as all the stakeholders – Industry, Agencies representing the government, Parents and Trainers came together to celebrate and rejoice the occasion with the students. Jaikant Singh , Senior State Engagement Officer, NSDC, Sanjay Verma, CEO , Rajlakshmi Exports and Smriti Dwivedi, Director (operations), AHMSSC graced the occasion and encouraged the students. The students also shared their experiences with Daksya Academy and spoke about how the Academy training helped them cope and excel in their respective jobs. The students also organised an exhibition of their creations, which was appreciated by one and all.
